Ingredients and benefits:
*Organic EPSOM SALT -soften rough, dry skin, and exfoliate dead skin cells. It may also soothe skin affected by skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis. ( In case of those skin conditions, it is better to consult a doctor before soaking). *Organic KALA NAMAK SALT- relieves muscle spasms, eases pain and decreases fatigue.

Directions for use:
Use 2-3 spoons of salt for a standard-size bathtub.
Pour the salt into the warm running bath water and use your hand to stir the water to help dissolve all the grains.

Skin test:
Before the salt bath, consider testing a skin patch with this salt blend and water first.
Avoid submerging broken skin in an Epsom salt bath.
